By using Onboard3, you agree to these terms governing your access to and use of the platform, operated by BlockUserve Holdings.
Onboard3 is for legitimate credential registration and verification. Fraudulent submissions, impersonation, scraping, or reselling platform data is prohibited.
You warrant that all submitted documents are accurate and genuine. Fraudulent submissions result in immediate revocation without refund, account suspension, and may be referred to authorities.
Onboard3 facilitates verification — we do not guarantee absolute truthfulness of documents. Submitters remain solely responsible for accuracy. Rejected submissions receive a full refund within 5 business days.
Upon approval, a SHA-256 hash of your credential is permanently written to the Polygon blockchain. This anchor is immutable and cannot be deleted. No PII is ever written on-chain.
Standard rate is $9.95 per credential including gas fees. Refunds available for rejected submissions, duplicates, or technical errors. No refunds for approved and anchored credentials or fraud-based revocations.
API keys must be kept confidential. Public verification is free with no key required. Authenticated access is subject to rate limits: Starter 5,000/mo · Growth 50,000/mo · Enterprise custom.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED AS-IS. ONBOARD3 DOES NOT WARRANT CREDENTIALS ARE LEGALLY VALID IN ALL JURISDICTIONS OR THAT DOCUMENT HOLDERS ARE IN GOOD STANDING. Verification is not an endorsement.
ONBOARD3 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific credential giving rise to the claim.
Governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules.
