Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Onboard3 (onboard3.io), a platform operated by Consulinar LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including individuals submitting credentials and organizations issuing credentials through our platform.

2. Description of Service

Onboard3 is a blockchain-based credential and record verification platform. We provide:

• +Document verification and review services
• +Blockchain anchoring of verified records on Polygon PoS mainnet
• +Public verification pages and API access
• +Secure encrypted storage of supporting documents
• +Email notifications and record management tools

Onboard3 is a verification facilitation platform. We attest that a submitter completed our review process and that submitted documents appeared authentic at the time of review. We do not guarantee the absolute truthfulness of submitted information.

Modules are either self-service (Pets, Legacy, Proof of Existence, Supply Chain) — where records are user-submitted and anchored automatically upon payment without document review — or admin-reviewed (Credentials, Business Records, Property Records) — where a human reviews submitted documents before anchoring occurs.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to submit records. You are responsible for:

• +Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• +All activity that occurs under your account
• +Providing accurate and truthful information during registration
• +Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Onboard3 to:

• -Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• -Impersonate another person or entity
• -Submit documents belonging to someone else without their consent
• -Attempt to circumvent our verification processes
• -Use our platform for any illegal purpose
• -Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• -Scrape or harvest data from our platform without permission

Submitting fraudulent documents is a violation of these terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law. We reserve the right to revoke any credential and report suspected fraud to appropriate authorities.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the stated amount for the selected service.

Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable once documents have been reviewed and a blockchain anchor has been created. If we are unable to verify your documents after good faith effort, we will issue a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment.

Annual plans (OB3 Biz, OB3 Property) will renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date.

6. Blockchain Records

You understand and acknowledge that:

• +Blockchain records are permanent and cannot be deleted once anchored
• +We anchor cryptographic hashes -- your personal data is never stored on-chain
• +Blockchain records may remain publicly accessible forever, regardless of account status
• +We cannot reverse, modify, or delete blockchain transactions after they are confirmed
• +The Polygon network is operated independently and we do not control it

7. Legacy Vault

OB3 Legacy Vaults contain sensitive personal information including messages, documents, and instructions intended for delivery after death or incapacitation. Additional terms apply:

• +Vault contents are encrypted using AES-256 encryption at rest
• +Delivery is triggered by one of three conditions selected by the user: date-based, trustee-confirmed, or inactivity-based
• +Consulinar LLC is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect trustee contact information provided by the user
• +We are not a legal or estate planning service — Legacy Vaults do not constitute a legal will or testament
• +Encrypted vault contents cannot be accessed by Consulinar LLC staff

8. Affiliate Program

Consulinar LLC operates an affiliate referral program on Onboard3. By participating, you agree to the following:

• +Commission rate: 20% of the net transaction value on qualifying referrals
• +Commissions are held for 48 hours before becoming eligible for payout
• +Self-referrals are prohibited — you may not earn commission on your own purchases
• +Affiliate codes are non-transferable
• +We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions on fraudulent, disputed, or refunded transactions
• +We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time with reasonable notice

9. Intellectual Property

Onboard3 and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Consulinar LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Onboard3 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consulinar LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of Onboard3. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Volusia County, Florida, or the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our platform. Continued use of Onboard3 after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
